Retirement Insurance is committed to making its digital offering accessible and supporting its insured in using its online services. 13 CARSATs (retirement insurance and occupational health funds) had already implemented digital inclusion workshops in 2018, which benefited around 10,000 retirees. In 2019, the Retirement Insurance had launched a dedicated €2 million national call for projects: it had selected 171 projects spread over the 18 partner funds.
The theme of digital support has also given rise, in recent years, to a growing number of initiatives in the context of preventing the loss of autonomy of people aged 60 and over. In 2018, the conferences of funders (one of the flagship mechanisms of the law on the adaptation of society to aging) had supported more than 6,000 actions on this theme, to the tune of 6 million euros.
All of these initiatives now benefit from a common reference framework, adopted at the end of 2020, by the Retirement Insurance, the CCMSA (Mutualité Sociale Agricole), the CNRACL (Caisse Nationale de Retraite des Agents des Collectivités Locales), the Agirc-Arrco and the CNSA (Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l'Autonomie)
This repository is the result of an initiative by the Retirement Insurance to cover the stages of a support program for seniors in the use of digital technology.
It " defines the objectives and the scope of intervention of the expected and supported actions within the framework of the workshops of accompaniment and training to the digital. It aims to support seniors in the use of digital tools so that they are as independent as possible in its basic practice. In order to allow them to communicate and to carry out online procedures in safety, this workshop promotes self-confidence, conviviality and social ties.
Composed of 8 core modules and 7 optional complementary modules, it proposes a pedagogical approach, a form and content dedicated to the workshops, as well as recommendations for evaluation. This repository allows in particular to:
- Understand the importance and the stakes of using digital technology
- Discover and use the equipment
- Master all the basic uses of digital technology (information, security, communication, administrative procedures)
- Bringing new projects to life through digital technology
