Since January 1, 2020, 534 France Services have opened throughout the country: 80% in rural areas, including 50% in rural revitalization zones (ZRR). These France Services provide access to the Caisse d'allocations familiales, the Caisse nationale d'Assurance maladie, the Caisse nationale d'Assurance vieillesse, Pôle emploi and La Poste.
Two-thirds of them provided a reception service by e-mail and telephone during the lockdown. They have been welcoming the public again since May 26. New labels will be issued by September 1. The final objective is to open one per canton by 2022, in accordance with the commitment of the President of the Republic.

80% of Maisons France Services in operation during the lockdown
Most of the France Services centers have organized themselves, during the confinement, to offer a remote reception, through telecommuting when possible and depending on the equipment available at the agents concerned. These contacts by e-mail and telephone allow citizens to be directed to the assistance available to them. The main requests concerned the monthly update of rights at the Pôle emploi, the postponement of the income tax campaign, the emergency provisions put in place by the government and information concerning health insurance and family allowances.
