The stimulus plan provides for a budget of 250 million euros for digital inclusion250 million, based on three components.
- Recruitment and training of 4,000 digital advisors to develop introductory and advanced workshops (200 million euros)
- Design and deployment of accessible and attractive digital inclusion kits for libraries, social centers, town halls, third-party locations, charities, etc. (40 million euros).
- The generalization of the digital public service "Aidants Connect" and the increase in digital skills of professional caregivers, in the front line of digital inclusion (10 million euros)
Generalization of the AidantsConnect tool
Tested by some sixty digital mediators with 300 users so far, AidantsConnect will be deployed in successive waves throughout France. Mediation and social action structures in the regions of Hauts-de-France, Brittany, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, as well as Mayotte and Reunion Island, will be able to request that their agents be authorized to use the tool.Financial commitment of the State: 4.6 million euros.
Partnerships for training agents and their appropriation of the AidantsConnect tool
The State has entered into two new partnerships for the training of agents: one with the National Union of Communal Social Action Centers (UNCCAS), for 500,000 euros. 2.6 million with Uniformation, the training operator for social professionals, so that 2,000 of them can develop their knowledge, learn to use AidantsConnect and obtain a recognized certification. This certification will be granted by the PIX service, which the State already uses to train and certify the 4,000 future France Services advisors.Two tools to assess the digital maturity of people
The National Agency for Territorial Cohesion has joined the PIX GIP board of directors to support "the development and appropriation of the two main tools for assessing the digital maturity of the French" :- ABC Diag: an online test that can be taken in 5 to 15 minutes. It allows to assess in a simple and playful way the mastery of some basic skills: use of the mouse, text entry in administrative forms, e-mail... And thus to detect and identify situations of digital fragility that the help of a counselor or a digital mediator can solve.
- ABC PIX. Once the initial diagnosis has been made, the counselor or mediator can propose educational sequences adapted to the person he/she is accompanying by integrating ABC Pix into his/her approach. The ABC Pix tests are designed to progressively accompany the development of the digital skills essential to the exercise of one's online citizenship (Internet navigation, office automation basics, digital rights and risks, etc.): they allow the counselor to identify more precisely the learning needs and to bring each person to learn while testing him or herself. The ABC Pix tests are offered from an interface available to counselors who request them.
