Within the framework of the regional roadmap of the State services, related to the development of social cohesion, the Regional Directorate of Youth, Sports and Social Cohesion (DRJSCS) is working on the implementation of a plan to fight against illiteracy in the Hauts-de-France.
This plan, co-led by the CCAS of Amiens and the DRJSCS Hauts-de-France, relies on the SIILAB, Laboratory of Innovations and Social Investment, one of the 12 laureate public innovation laboratories of the Program of Investments of the Future. The SIILAB offers a collaborative space open to State agents and partners to launch, develop or support regional public innovation projects.
This regional plan focuses on the following areas:
- Digital training for vulnerable people (Emmaus connect and DRJSCS)
- Training of social workers (CNFPT and DRJSCS)
- Simplification of administrative procedures (Amiens CCAS)
- Making administrative procedures easy to read and understand (CCAS of Amiens and UDAPEI 59)
- Include digital technology in reception strategies (CCAS of Roubaix and connected social centers).
800 devices to fight against illiteracy in Hauts-de-France
The mapping of existing resources in the region in terms of access, training and support for digital technology has identified nearly 800 devicesA first regional day of digital inclusion and the fight against illiteracy in Hauts-de-France, organized with the National Association of Municipal Social Action Managers (ANCCAS) and Emmaus connect was held on June 26 at the IRTS in Loos. The Digital Agency was present to present the national strategy for digital inclusion.
