In 2018, the Mouvement Associatif launched Les Waldeck, an award to promote associative dynamics. Through this award, the Mouvement Associatif intends to support original approaches implemented by associations around 4 issues: employment, commitment, plural cooperations and digital practices.

For this first editionFor this first edition, 212 associations, of different sizes, from various sectors and from all over France, presented their candidacies.

In the Digital Practices category, the jury selected Zellidja, an association that works for youth mobility.

Zellidja offers young people the opportunity to develop cross-disciplinary skills, commitment and curiosity through the implementation and formalization of a thematic trip "to meet others". Each year, Zellidja supports more than 180 applications and distributes 110 Foundation grants

Zellidja was awarded by the jury for its digital platform Zellidja.com

The development of this platform, for a total cost of 5 800 €, has completely transformed the processing of applications (submission by the candidates, evaluation by the jury) and beyond the relationship between the association and the "young travelers" who can publish their travel reports.

Among the benefits of the platform, the report points out:

• "The projects of the young people are directly put on line by them without having to mobilize the human resources of the association.
• Jury members have immediate access to them and evaluate them at their own pace.
• It is a way to attract and engage younger volunteers who are more interested in paperless solutions.
• Trip reports are assessable much earlier by the jury.
• The very quality of what we receive is enriched, with some fellows managing to exploit
• Access to high school educational teams is simplified and direct.
• Being part of the Board of Directors of the association no longer requires regular trips to Paris.
