Summary

Implemented since November 2019, the service My Training Account, A device that allows every active person (employee, self-employed, civil servant, job seeker) to accumulate rights to finance training, has found its place in the employment landscape.

With 38 million existing accounts and 1 million training courses distributed, the personal training account has two positive effects: the number of French people who have access to professional training has increased, and more women are accessing it, as well as more disadvantaged socio-professional categories. just over 2 million users have downloaded the mobile application since it was created a year ago.

The opening of the "My Training Account" application at the end of 2019 allows jobseekers to fully and independently finance their training by mobilizing their personal training account (CPF).

A new version of the My Training Account service

This new version offers a new feature: the professional development advice (CEP). It allows the user to geo-locate the establishment closest to his or her place of residence so that he or she can benefit from free support in his or her professional endeavors. "The aim is to encourage professional development by offering tailor-made support for a professional project, retraining, returning to work or starting a business.

The search engine has undergone several improvements. Filters now allow you to refine your search according to specific criteria such as maximum price, training organization, availability, pace, duration and output level. These criteria are used to restrict the number of training proposals.

  • The CPF is an independent account created by the employee on the site moncompteformation.
  • This account follows the person throughout his or her professional life, regardless of his or her status (apprentice, employee, job seeker, public servant/civil servant, non-salaried worker, i.e., craftsman, merchant, industrialist, liberal professional, collaborating spouse, retiree who resumes an activity).
  • The MyTrainingAccount application allows employees to consult their training rights, access the training catalog and register for training. It is an account in euros (and no longer in hours).
  • In order to take a training course, the employee must first submit a request for leave of absence to his employer. The employer must respond within 30 days. If the employer does not respond, the request is accepted.
