The Defender of Rights undertakes to make children and young people aware of their rights and responsibilities "to enable them to take full advantage of the contributions of their digital environment while protecting themselves against its dangers".
In conjunction with the CNIL and Hadopi, the Defender of Rights has just added a new 11ème chapter, "Digital world: what rights? Educadroit.
" Digital world: what rights? " offers keys to better understand :
- the right to personal data protection and in particular practical advice on how to exercise one's digital rights (right of access, right of rectification, right to be forgotten, how to have one's data deleted, how to know what is recorded on one's account...);
- the phenomenon of cyber-bullying, from the warning signs to the sanctions (civil, criminal, educational), including the reflexes to adopt when confronted with it;
- Dangerous content (false information, violent images, etc.);
