As part of a national call for projects, the Prefect of the Occitania region has launched a public innovation laboratory project for all the State services in the region. The objective is to allow agents to discover and experiment with new ways of working and designing or implementing public policies.
The Lab-O offers a space for inspiration and resourcefulness, but also for exploring new methods of animation and project management. It offers different services:
- labtours: visits to the ecosystem (fablab, gas pedal / start-up incubator) organized à la carte according to the audience;
- Innovation Thursdays": every two weeks, during lunch breaks or at the end of the afternoon, private or public players present an innovative approach or product;
- innovative" training (pitch, awareness of co-development or lean management, graphic facilitation, creativity/agility methods for innovating or managing, etc.);
- support for the design and facilitation of participatory and creative work sessions (to share a vision of a project, to bring out new ideas, to solve a problem efficiently, to involve partners, users or agents in the reflection on an organization, a process or a service, etc.)
- support for the management of innovative projects for 3 to 6 months, using new methods to unblock a project that has stalled or to bring an idea to fruition
- Limaccueil: a socio-design approach to co-construct the service offer of the future State House in Limoux
- Support for the establishment of the Regional Biodiversity Agency (ARB)
- A serious game to support the deployment of telework
- Support for the deployment of the new environmental authorization procedure
- Development of a prototype in agile mode: "FCE", a tool for sharing information on companies at the DIRECCTE
- Rethinking the evaluation practices of a social system: an experiment supported by the ENA/ENSCI public innovation chair
