"All government employees must have access to high-performance, secure digital tools that can be accessed remotely and that meet new professional requirements.
The Interministerial Digital Directorate (DINUM), under the authority of the Ministry of Public Transformation and Civil Service, has designed and deployed a suite of trusted digital tools: the public servant's digital backpack (SNAP).
This suite is composed of six tools
Tchap, thetrusted instant messaging system, is based on open source software, in partnership with a French-English SME. With more than 260,000 users, Tchap's ambition is to be open to all public agents, including local authorities.
Audioconf: the state's audio conferencing service makes it easy to hold phone meetings from any phone with up to 50 participants via an online platform. The service averages over 40,000 users per month with a peak in April 2021 at 70,000.
Webconf, the state's web conferencing service, was established to keep employees connected during the health crisis. Webconf has a monthly average of nearly 85,000 participants with a peak of 122,000 in March 2021.
Osmose allows all state employees to animate professional communities. After an experimental phase, its launch was accelerated in spring 2020. Osmose has nearly 6,000 communities and records a monthly average of 5,000 new user registrations.
Resana, the collaborative platform for workgroups, completes Osmose by offering a complete digital space to facilitate teamwork, in project mode and on the move. With over 16,000 workspaces created, more than 100,000 users have registered since its launch.
Webinar, a webinar service, can accommodate up to 350 participants: nearly 20,000 public employees have adopted it since its launch in late June 2021.
