As part of the skills investment plan (PIC), a budget of 100 million euros has been set aside to identify NEETs (people "neither in employment, nor in education, nor in training")
Identifying the so-called "invisible" public is a decisive issue in this plan, which aims to train and support one million young people and one million low-skilled job seekers towards employment. The aim is to identify and re-mobilize the most vulnerable people, sometimes without contact with social institutions or the public employment service.
As part of the Skills Investment Plan (PIC), the High Commission for Skills and Inclusion through Employment wishes to strengthen the identification of the public and has entrusted the Direccte (Regional Directorates for Business, Competition, Consumption, Labor and Employment) with the launch, in each region, of a call for projects dedicated to the identification and mobilization of the invisible public.
These calls for projects are aimed at all those involved in the professional integration, reception or support and training of people in difficulty.
They are aimed primarily at young people between the ages of 16 and 29, who are not students, employees or trainees, who live in the most disadvantaged urban and rural areas, and who are disabled.
