Three key actions
For the past two years, the State and local authorities have been implementing the national strategy for an inclusive digital environment. Today, three flagship actions will strongly amplify these initiatives:- Trained digital mediators, offering digital initiation workshops close to the French people;
- Local spaces, in the form of furniture kits, in greater numbers, for all. These spaces will allow digital helpers (professional digital mediators but also various agents in the front line facing users in difficulty) to propose many activities related to digital. A resource space with digital solutions, tools and devices will also be made available to digital mediators.
- Simple and secure tools to enable caregivers (social workers, local authority agents, etc.) to better support French people who cannot complete administrative procedures on their own: deployment of the Aidants Connect digital public service and training for professionals in the challenges of digital support.
