State open source software contribution policy
An interdepartmental policy for contributing to the state's open source software has been developed under the aegis of the Interdepartmental Digital Directorate (DINUM). It has been in effect since 2018.
Its objectives are: It exposes the principles of source code opening, as well as the good practices to deploy during this opening.
