The Afpa (National Agency for Adult Vocational Training) is going to transform its training centers into third places for professional and social integration, welcoming public and private partners. About fifteen of these "villages" should emerge by 2020.
After a painful restructuring, the agency is trying to renew its offer for integration and employment with its partners. With France Active, for example, the AFPA will be able to contribute to integration through economic activity (IAE) and support the financing of business projects. The AFPA plans to welcome partners in the field of job search, solidarity garages, and crèches in its "villages".
