The National Agency for Adult Vocational Training (Afpa) and Simplon.co have just won a call for tenders issued by the ANCT (National Agency for Territorial Cohesion) to train around 3,000 digital advisors.
These digital advisors will be deployed primarily in France Services branches.
To train these 3,000 digital advisors, Afpa and Simplon.co have co-constructed an offer, based on two strong expertises:
- inclusion through digital technology, supported by Simplon.co,
- that of training and certification, which is carried out by AFPA.
This training program, which is financed by the stimulus plan, includes four courses, adapted to the initial level of the future digital mediators.
It prepares the digital advisor
- when he takes up his position
- to obtain the first CCP (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- the level 5 professional title "Digital Mediation Space Manager".
- the PIX certification, which officially replaces the Computer and Internet Certificate (C2i), the Computer and Internet Certificate (B2i) and the Multimedia Internet Passport (PIM) since September 2019
