2015 edition of the INSEE annual survey of information and communication technologies (ICT) conducted among households (2015).
The household survey on information and communication technologies (ICT) contains a few questions on the use of administrative sites.
Since 2007, the survey has become a full-fledged annual survey.
Coordinated by Eurostat (Regulation No. 808/2004 for the implementation of the eEurope 2005 Action Plan), this survey is part of the Regulation No. 808/2004 of 21 April 2004 by the concerning the implementation of the eEurope 2005 Action Plan on ICT.
This framework regulation provides for an annual survey to collect data on the information and communication technology (ICT) equipment and behavior of households and individuals. Each Member State must provide Eurostat with approximately 130 indicators.
The questionnaire is developed by Eurostat, the statistical offices and DG Connect.
The recurring core of the questionnaire focuses on:
- household equipment
- their use and frequency of use
- the use of the administration
- online business.
- 2009, the online purchase of goods via the Internet.
- 2010, security on the Internet.
- 2011, the computer and internet skills of individuals
- 2012, mobile internet usage.
- 2013, the use of administrative sites.
- 2014, the use of file sharing or storage sites (cloud).
