The coronavirus leads public agents to telework massively, out of necessity of service.

On March 16, the interministerial digital department (DINUM) made available to government employees two online tools designed and mastered by the government to facilitate remote collaboration: an instant messaging and a web conferencing tool to conduct online meetings.

State employees now have two new collaborative tools to facilitate remote work, which are particularly useful in these times of crisis: Osmose and Plano.

This instant messaging system created for public servants, operated by the State, makes it possible to chat privately in pairs or in groups (living room), with a teleworking agent, to share files (documents, photos, videos...), to invite correspondents from outside the State (partner, service provider...) to a group, to create or join public discussion groups, open to all, to easily find a contact thanks to the integrated directory of users...

Webconf.numerique.gouv.fr allows to organize a remote meeting in audio and/or video, to broadcast a presentation, to share the window of a program on the computer, to discuss instantly via an integrated chat, to edit a text in collaborative mode and in real time

The Osmose platform makes it possible to create a collaborative space dedicated to a professional community, to invite participants from within and outside the State (partners, service providers, experts, etc.), to share content and files, to co-edit documents, to share content in different forms (post on a dedicated blog, FAQ or wiki), to manage, track and assign tasks (Kanban type), and to plan meetings.

This virtual workspace allows you to create a workspace dedicated to a project, to manage this project via a Gantt chart, to share and store files, to conduct a video conference, to discuss via integrated instant messaging (chat), to manage an agenda, to plan meetings,

The beta.gouv.fr community, for its part, undertook, on March 21, to collect the (non-medical) needs of health professionals in order to develop, as a matter of urgency, one or more digital solutions adapted to the organization of reinforcements and citizen contributions.
