Organized by the ICAR laboratory and the University of Lyon 2, the Usages du numérique en éducation: regards critiques conference will be held from March 22 to 23, 2018 in Lyon.

The symposium will attempt to take stock of the issue of digital uses in education and to examine in particular why the notion remains central in the reflection.

The main objective will be to take stock of multidisciplinary research on the use of digital technology in education in order to examine how technological tools shape, transform, and disrupt the relationship to learning, knowledge, the institution, and didactic interactions, and to critically assess the different methodologies used to study these uses.

The deadline for submitting a paper proposal is October 1.
