With a view to informing collective choices through research and foresight, France Stratégie has launched the "2017-2027" project to analyze the issues of the decade following the next presidential election.
The digital transition, along with the Ecological and Energy Transition and changes in work, are among "the three major upheavals that will profoundly and almost certainly alter our environment, our daily lives and our social relationships.
After the publication of a series of notes on the France Strategie 17-27 website, as well as the holding of three workshops on May 26, France Stratégie produced a summary in November on the theme: " Taking advantage of the digital revolution".
In this summary, France Stratégie devotes a long development to "digital literacy, a tool for social cohesion".
France Stratégie has put forward a series of proposals based on three issues: support for innovation, acquisition of digital skills, and the appropriation of digital tools in the democratic process,
" As digital can be a vector of equal opportunities and a source of economic development, one solution would be to launch a major citizen initiative to support the most fragile towards digital autonomy.
