Tested since July 2021 in three pilot departments, Haute-Garonne, Loire-Atlantique and Somme, the "Mon espace santé" digital health space will be available to all users from early 2022.
Intended to facilitate the procedures of users and exchanges with health professionals for better care, it will replace the Shared Medical Record (DMP).
From January to March 2022, Medicare enrollees will receive a letter or email asking them to activate their Health Space.
The digital health space entitled " My Health Space " will include:
- an improved version of the shared medical record (DMP) to store and share all health data: prescriptions, treatments, test results, medical images, medical history and allergies, hospitalization reports, vaccinations;
- a secure messaging system for exchanges between patients and health professionals;
- a health diary to manage medical appointments and receive reminders for key dates of check-ups (check-ups, mammograms, vaccinations, etc.);
- a catalog of digital health services referenced by the State to discover the range of useful health services and manage access to health data.
