The World Internet Project is an international collaborative research project involving institutions from more than 30 countries on all continents. It originated at the Center for Communication Policy at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) and was founded with the NTU School of Communication Studies in Singapore and the Osservatorio Internet Italia observatory at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
The main objective of the WIP is to agree on a set of common questions to be included in national surveys, in order to have internationally comparable indicators. The common questions were discussed again in 2015 at the annual meeting in Taiwan.
These are the questions that M@rsouin integrated into its national survey on digital uses, conducted in 2016 as part of the ANR Capacity project, and in partnership with the Digital Agency.
