"What if I were to accompany?" a training course for digital inclusion in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes

Summary

HinauraHinaura, the hub of digital inclusion in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, has worked for several months with field actors, close to the public in difficulty with digital technology, to deploy a training model for digital mediators: to enable them to increase their skills on the issue of training for caregivers.

The training "What if I were to accompany?"is provided throughout the region.

In 2020, the goal is to train 1000 digital caregivers in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes and to qualify a dozen trainers to ensure the dissemination of the system.
