For several months, many institutional employment actors* have been working on the development of the inclusion platform. The main objective is to simplify the connection between job seekers and solidarity employers (companies, associations...).
To facilitate the orientation and the hiring of people in the process of integration, this platform provides a single digital window for all stakeholders: from candidates to recruiters, through prescribers and all employers such as SIAE (structures of Integration by Economic Activity),
According to its manager, Pierre DeleforgeIt is a digital tool that facilitates and accelerates the recruitment of people who are far from employment in the structures of integration through economic activity (SIAE) but also in the groups of employers for integration and qualification (GEIQ) or adapted companies (EA). To do this, the platform brings together all available job offers. Each structure can directly reference its offers. This platform is also accessible to guidance counsellors, who can register candidates' profiles and help them apply for a particular position. Candidates can also apply on their own by registering themselves on the platform.
From now on, the structures of integration through economic activity, SIAE, employers in their own right, will be able to recruit their employees directly on the platform after having validated either the orientation carried out by an authorized prescriber, or the applications received spontaneously, or sent by non-authorized prescribers.
The inclusion.beta.gouv.fr platform is now open to all structures of integration through economic activity (IAE).
