The ANCT and the Banque des Territoires have selected two consortiums for the training of future France Services Digital Advisors.
The National Agency for Adult Vocational Training (Afpa) Simplon won four of the six lots of the tender.
The second consortium brings together a variety of players in popular education, digital mediation and inclusive digital training: WebForce3, Emmaüs Connect, Le Chaudron.io, Qwantic (Synergie Family), Net Solidaire (Régie de Quartiers Diagonales), Social Builder, Passages Formation (Conseil National de Liaison des Régies de Quartier grouping together 130 régies throughout France) and Cefiac, in partnership with La Ligue de l'Enseignement.
The Académie des Héro.ïne.s du Numérique offers four training courses ranging from 105 hours to 420 hours, depending on the maturity and skill profile, delivered via distance learning.
The courses are structured around 96 modules, divided into 13 themes, and cover all the requirements of the "Digital Mediation Space Manager" professional title (CCP1), providing a digital, civic and social culture, leadership and teaching skills, soft skills, management of digital third places, awareness of disability and gender equality, and understanding of socially and digitally vulnerable audiences.
