The ADN'Ouest association has undertaken to draw up an inventory of the digital sector in terms of recruitment, training and skills in the Greater West.
This Regional Observatory of Digital Skills is based on a survey conducted twice a year among companies in the region.
The latest half-yearly report highlights the very strong dynamism of the digital sector in Pays de la Loire. Despite this economic dynamism, the report highlights the shortage of profiles with IT and digital skills. 54% of the companies consulted would have difficulty recruiting.
The ADN'Ouest association has more than 450 member companies representing 47,000 jobs in the Greater West.
