This survey, launched by the Délégation interministérielle à l'accueil et à l'intégration des réfugiés (Diair), is based on three questionnaires to be completed online:
- Two questionnaires for refugees: one, filled out independently by a refugee, and a second, more complex questionnaire requiring the help of a French third party
- A questionnaire for caregivers (social workers, mediators, etc.) 13 minutes
- help Diair design the mobile version of the refugees.info platform. "To properly design this application, we need to understand the digital uses of refugees and their companions.
- Gather initial data to help integration actors calibrate their systems.
- Prepare a larger study, at the national level, on the digital uses of newcomers. It will be launched in 2021 and then repeated every two years as part of the Strategy to Fight the Digital Divide set up by the Diair.
- Create an open knowledge base on the digital uses of refugees.
The Diair is an interministerial delegation whose mission is to participate in the definition and animation of the policy for the reception and integration of refugees.
