"New places, new links" is an interministerial program that aims to offer citizens, everywhere on the territory, new activities and new services grouped in places fully equipped with digital technology. To achieve this, a budget of 45 million euros has been announced.

A call for expressions of interest (AMI), endowed with 45 million euros, will be launched shortly to create 300 new "territory factories".

• Existing third places and new projects: all initiatives will be eligible for a grant of between 75,000 and 150,000 euros over three years.
• 100 "territory factories" will be certified as of next year.
• Of the 300 "territory factories", 150 will be based in priority city districts (QPV).
