Nearly 1,700 counselors are being recruited in 89 departments.
By the end of the summer, 1,000 digital advisors should be working in public (town halls, social centers, France services centers, media libraries, etc.) or private (social economy companies, associations) structures... where they will offer thematic workshops, personalized support or specific assistance to users wishing to improve their digital skills, including
- Turn on, update and use a computer, tablet or cell phone
- Search for conformations and contents on the internet
- Write, send and receive e-mails (employers, relatives, administration)
- Communicating via videoconference
- Afpa and Simplon.co
- Aconsortium, led by WebForce3, which brings together: Emmaus Connect, Le Chaudron.io, Qwantic (Synergie Family), Net Solidaire (Régie de Quartiers Diagonales), Social Builder, Passages Formation (Conseil National de Liaison des Régies de Quartier grouping 130 régies throughout France) and Cefiac, in partnership with La Ligue de l'Enseignement.
